Visiting the website

Cloudflare infrastructure processes technical data to deliver and protect the website. This may include your IP address, request time, requested page and browser or device information. The purposes are operation, troubleshooting and abuse prevention, based on the legitimate interest in providing a functioning, secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

The form and WhatsApp

The form asks for your name, phone number and requested service. Your browser uses these to prepare a message; the website has no form server or database storing these fields. Clicking the button opens WhatsApp and passes the prepared text to that service, including through the link URL. The workshop receives the message after you send it in WhatsApp. You can call instead. Do not enter sensitive or unnecessary information.

Handling enquiries

Information you voluntarily provide by phone or WhatsApp is used to reply, discuss the service, confirm appointments and handle your request. Steps requested before a contract and performance of a contract rely on GDPR Article 6(1)(b). Applicable legal obligations, where relevant to the customer relationship, rely on Article 6(1)(c). The form does not subscribe you to advertising messages.

Local storage and external services

Your light or dark theme preference is stored on your device as ads-theme. The website has no accounts, online payments, Google Analytics or Meta Pixel. Images, fonts and videos are served from the website domain. Google Maps, Facebook and WhatsApp buttons are external links; their policies also apply once opened. The website does not request GPS location permission.

Recipients and transfers

Cloudflare provides hosting and traffic protection. WhatsApp processes information when used for contact. Retention

The form does not retain data in a website database. Received messages are kept according to the time needed to handle the enquiry, deliver the service and, where applicable, meet legal obligations or defend legal rights. Technical log retention depends on provider services and settings. ads-theme has no expiry set by the website and remains until you clear site data in your browser. Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability where applicable, or object to legitimate-interest processing.
